Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge only before production has started. Once the 50% advance is received and cutting/printing begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
No returns on custom prints
All apparel is custom printed for your brand — sizing and colour choices are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing preference.
Manufacturing defects
If you receive a piece with a clear manufacturing defect or misprint, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos to nexytren@gmail.com. We will replace the affected pieces free of cost after verification.
Refunds
Where a refund is applicable, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping delays
NexyTren is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, or force majeure events beyond our control.
