Payment
A 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm all custom print orders. The remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery.
Production
Same-day production applies exclusively to orders placed and confirmed on or before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
Since every item is custom printed specifically for your brand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please refer accurate sizing from our size chart before placing your order.
Defects & Misprints
If there is a clear manufacturing defect or misprint, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right. Minor variations in colour, print placement or fabric shade inherent to DTF and screen printing are standard and do not qualify as defects.
Care Instructions
Wash garments inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry in shade, and never iron directly over the print. NexyTren is not liable for damages caused by improper washing or ironing.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction.
